| The documents need to be filled out and emailed or mailed for acceptance into our wholesale program. Once your application is accepted you will receive an account number and wholesale code that can be used as often as you like to make purchases on our web site. These codes may not be used by any other party as they are unique to your account. The discounts only apply to our wholesale items. |
