Pictured here are different invitation inserts. Not every mailing requires all of these items but many do so here are the basics. A reception card is helpful when the text on your invitation exceeds what will comfortably fit on the size of card that you order. The reception card is a separate piece that splits the ceremony from the celebration afterword. The reply card gathers information from your guest about who is attending and will often include menu selections for catered events. The accommodation card helps your out of town guests find local hotels or quaint bed and breakfast that you recommend, often you can set up group discount rates for them. A direction card can include a map or you may require a map and written directions. We love to encourage wedding web sites as the best place to communicate this information to your guests, or combining the map/directions/accommodations onto a single 1/2 sheet of paper to reduce waste and the strain that weddings put on our natural resources. These materials can be purchased to print at home if you wish to save money.
For all custom printed items we will send proofs in 2-3 business days for your approval before your order begins.
